Here is the rule needed to do what you need. Click on callback rule,
then OnNewOutputFile and paste this statement (obviously use your field
name).
FusionPro.Composition.outputFileName = Field("NAME") + ".pdf"
Then when you compose, click the Output to multiple file box under the
Output tab and enter 1 record per file.
That should be it.

I can't figure out how to make a callback rule that would save each
