Thank you for your help, but that is over my head. Do not know Javascript, new at this. I thought maybe there was a simple rule that said go to next record. Is there a way to print the first 2500 records on front 1 and the next 2500 on card 2 and so on until 10,000 records. Or is that complicated too. Thanks Laura
