Howdy Dawn - This is the great thing about the printable system - this is very easy to do. In the template you build it normally - just naming your fields so something recognizable. After you upload it into the printone - you hop over to print fusion 'labels'.
Head over to variable fields and mark the ones that translate to prefill. Select the map prefill button and map the built-in location variables to the friendly variables that you set in your template. Upload. Build your locations into the same printone - and make sure the group / user can see it and you are good to go. I would get the template and upload multiple at the same time - but there is more to the process.
