I am wondering if there is a way to skip records in a database based on the contend of one of the fields.
I receive a huge database that we print on a weekly basis. The only records that we actually print are the ones that have the letters PH in one of the fields. If the field does not contain the PH then we do not need to print anything for that record. I know I can filter the records in the spread sheet software and delete all the records I don't need, but I am trying to eliminate as many extra steps as I can since other people will be doing this task at times. If Fusion Pro can filter the records out in some way we can eliminate the need to filter the data before importing the records. Thank you.
