Are you looking to return the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
etc.) given a date value from the calendar input control?
The JavaScript function FormatDate will do that:
Syntax is FormatDate(date, format)
ex:
return FormatDate("01/04/2007","ld");
see the rules guidebook for details on what values the "format" argument
can have.
