I think i got something similar - a quick call to support and they were able to walk me through it. I don't remember exactly what they had me do - but i believe this error is solved by first uninstalling fp 3.x - delete your print fusion directories on the local hdd (c:\printfusion3 - c:\program files\printable) and install 4.1 fresh. The 4.1 upgrade really isn't an upgrade - it is a new program.
