I'm building a template for some cards right now, for a customer that has an option for 6 different phone numbers, an e-mail address and web address. The template fills beautifully when all the 13 "optional" variable fields are filled, but when empty do not suppress. I have built the template to suppress these 13 variable options when "containing empty variables", and I have built the template to suppress the them when "empty".
Neither option works. The e-mail address stays at the bottom of the card even if the 6 possible phone numbers are empty. I have contacted multiple people at tech support and my CPM, no one seems to know what the problem is. They have looked at the collect files and still do not have a working answer for me. The problem isn't even just with this card, it is also with another group of cards that have recently been uploaded. Could it be a problem with the system? I am so confused.
