Let me see if I understand. You have a 6 page PDF Template in FusionPro. You wish to print this on your 4110. You are composing to a single PDF (of about 800 pages) and sending this directly to the printer. Correct?

If the above is correct, then you can also compose to separate files. Try this and set the 4110 to saddle stitch. AFAIK, unlike the DT 61XX and Nuvera, this printer does not understand subsets within a datastream (like custom Postscript commands will allow).
