Laura - I think brian is right there - there isn't too much you can do if you are sending it over as a pdf. There are interesting things that can happen when they are output as vps or ppml but unfortunately I don't know where to start you with those - those xerox certain Ely would.
What i would try is create a special queue in the 4110 that has all of your settings set - set it to hold for now - and compose the different files - and print them on over to the 4110 into that queue one at a time. You can set the local printer driver to go directly to that queue without an issue. We have several programs that are handled similarly.
