hi dawn, i've run across a similiar situation myself. Printable actually had emailed me some information on how to use On Record Start.
you basically create the different layouts in your native file, one layout per each page. you export it the same way, create the template the same way but then you have to "manage pages" and also right a rule that says basically "if a certain field is used, use layout 2, if not, use layout 1" for example. the system will automatically jump to the correct layout according to what fields they fill in. would you like me to email this documentation to you directly? it is very easy to follow. if i can do it, ANYONE can! let me know. hope this helps! feel free to email me directly if you want. -Heather -- Users of FusionPro Desktop have unlimited free email support.
