What if you tried applying the superscript to the bulletpoint. Then if you click on the Paragraph>Global Settings buttons you can change the Ratio which will change the size of the bulletpoint. Then you'd position it by changing the Offset - try 0%. Just remember though that this will change any other superscripted characters in your job too.
