I am trying to set up a new postcard template. My source file is a publisher document, so my first step is to convert this to pdf. I can only get the pdf maker button to work, I can't print using acrobat as my printer, this simply locks up the document. When I use the pdf maker it makes the document 2up on the sheet no mater what settings I toy with. I need to have this to the exact size of the card. I tried to simply use the trim feature in acrobat, but this simply hides the rest of the document, it does not actually trim it down. It composes fine offline, but when I post it to the web the compostion show the full 2 up layout squished down to my postcard size. Anyone have any ideas on creating the pdf to size or a way to hard trim the pdf so that it does not just hide things? I am using acrobat 8 professional.
