Seeing that this final leg of my multiple page file template question
excursion has stumped the forum and tenaciously persisting in my trials
(with many errors!) I finally found out what the problem was.

For the Maestros: I clicked on my text template, edit text, paragraph and
reduced the widow lines from 2 down to 1 and voila, now I can preview pdfs
larger than 4.25" wide.

Thanks again to David Sweet and Dan Korn for helping me with the Rule to get
this going.

Subject: [fusionpro] RE: Multiple Page file template question PREVIEW
PROBLEM

My 8.5x11 template which is set up to to preview multiple page 8.5x11 pdf's
is not functioning properly. It will only preview pdf's 4.25" wide or
smaller which it then steps two up side by side.

Here is how my pdf template is set up: It is 2 pages, the text boxes on
both per David Sweets initial instructions are slightly larger than the
page, approximately 8.5" x 11.05". My first page is set with "Overflow" on
and I have checked "overflow text to new pages", and "add pages" is set to
"as few added pages as possible", I am required here to designate a "new
left page" so I have set that to "pg2". The second page of my template I
have designated as an "overflow page" in my "manage pages - page usage".

My question is why can't I preview my 8.5x11 pdf?

I attempted stretching the width of the text frames outside of the box
slightly larger than 8.5x11 but it didn't seem to help.

The length of the graphic does not seem to be presenting the same issue
however as I inserted an 8" long graphic and it previewed (though it still
had to be 2up side by side).
