Hi Ashleigh, I'm doing something similiar now. There is a document in the Knowledge Base that helped me with doing this and also has steps to do a bulk upload. I don't believe the Knowledge Base gives a link I could send but I believe I saved the PDF so I will email it to you. Hope this helps!
