The other thing you can do is look in the Program Files\Printable\FusionPro\Fonts folder (in Windows) or \Library\Preferences\Printable\FusionPro\Fonts for a file called "fonts.err". This is a log file that tells you what errors FP ran into when adding fonts. If it had a problem with a specific font file, it will usually be noted here. This may help you figure out what the problem is, and at least would give Printable Support something to go on.
