Hi Jody,

The default position for an image with the <graphic> tag is "Afterline" which 
means the image will be placed immediately below the current line.

As for needing the rule to appear after the last item in each section, that's 
not a problem. You actually need to create the rule and insert it each time you 
need it. Therefore, if you have four sections, you only need to use the rule 
four times (each time calling the last field in the section).

If I am not understanding what you're trying to do, please let me know and I'll 
take another crack at it :-)
