FYI.
The answer was just the opposite of what you were thinking.
I needed to take the OpenXDF - RewardsList_XDF = OpenXDF(textpath +
"Rewards.txt", "\t");
and move it to the JS Globals. Where I had it in the OnJobStart was
causing to open on every
record.

90,000+ records isn't the smallest kid on the block. Splitting the
database into smaller groups would definitely help.
