Mark / All, Please note that it looks like this workflow requires an additional driver that must be purchased from DirectSmile (the "Print to Database" driver). Cost is about 3000 Euros. Not sure what that means in dollars, but it's not chump change. If I'm wrong and you were able to do this without the driver, please let me (us) know.
