You need two equal signs, not one.
A single = sign is an "assignment", which means that Field("MainStore")
*does* equal Field("LocationOption1") whereas a double == sign is a
comparison and checks if the two are the same.
Also, you need to use lower-case for the 'if' and no ';' at the end of
the if statement. Try this:
if(Field("MainStore"") == Field("LocationOption1"))
return "";
