Open up your NEW PDF. Go to FusionPro->DataDefinition->Wizard Chose the option: Import a data source from another document. Choose the .def file from your previous project.
Then, go into FusionPro->Advanced->Import Then, import your programmed PDF. This should import everything that you need.
