1. Your IND file has transparency?
2. Check fonts
3. Your inserting variable placeholders like you would do in a native
InDesign merge? (i.e. using the <<fieldname>>)..
The "<< & >>" always casued the fields to not appear in my world also,
just key in anything and map it in FPro..

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone else has the same issues with Indesign and
Fusion pro as I have?!
1. When exporting pdf to Acrobat from Indesign, sometimes I must
select "overprint preview" before exporting, otherwise graphics do not
appear correctly. This is not always the case. Export is sometimes
successful without "overprint preview" selected.
2. A majority of my Indesign files crash after selecting "overprint
preview."
3. Variable info does not carry through to my exported pdf in the
"Edit Text" feature of FusionPro. Simply comes over as a period "."
For example: <<Name>>, <<Address1>>, <<Address2>>, etc.
