In the knowledgebase on Printable's website, there are instructions how to do what you are looking for. I would recommend checking it out: http://www.printable.com/support/ On the right side of the screen under Getting Started, click the FusionPro Knowledge Base link. You'll then want to do a search for an article called "Phone Number with Label." This should point you in the right direction.
