Hi Christopher: I'm not sure exactly what issues you're having but you need to *NOT* subset the fonts in FP desktop/designer. I use FP-Web, not server, but it font subsetting causes all sorts of havoc with the web-engine, and as the web engine and FP server are mutant cousins, I'd assume it would also be a bad idea for server.
