Environmental awareness will become a dominant view and environmental
policies will change, just as certainly as and for the same reason that
there is a law of conservation of energy and matter in our universe.  One
would hope that we could come to that point sooner than the laws of
physics demand, but the policies too many NGOs are now advocating in the
name of realism don't give too much hope for that.
