The world is not more self-interested than before
but we know more about the pattern of this self-interest and in the 
way it works best as a force to integrate and cooperate
humans to live in societies without which they couldn't have become
so successful as a species.  
We have more chance to communicate 
to the widest of the populations than ever before.
