Hi, Folks!

Have you heard about the Supreme Court decision, Nelson v. McClatchy
Newspapers (97-187)? The newspaper may move around or fire a journalist for
free-time political activism!! People working for newspapers may not
express their political opinions when not working and keep their jobs!!
Can you believe it?

The Reagan-Bush conservative court has abandoned protections for
invividual rights, and instead, consistent, alas, with much of court
history, has protected the rights of corporations to jerk people around.

Another example of how conservative activism takes us closer to Corporate
Feudalism.
