Mr. Cordell:
In today's email "Deregulation, Universality and the Middle Class" you said,
in part:
 Well, as the deregulators say '...get the basic
residential service rates right and take care of poor people with
direct subsidies, just as we do with food and medical care.'      
                                         
It just occurs to me to wonder how the deregulators would categorize food banks?
I understand there are more of them in Canada than there are MacDonald's.
