> DESCRIPTION: The Senior Researcher-Editor will investigate and monitor
> diverse international standardization issues including harmonization,

> write the Harmonization Alert, a monthly newsletter summarizing these
> activities; design and manage a related Clearinghouse; and work with other

> RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Investigate international standardization activities underway or planned,

> QUALIFICATIONS: College degree required, J.D. preferred.  Minimum of three
> years experience as a researcher, investigative reporter or regulatory or
> trade policy analyst.  Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills;
> knowledge of APA/domestic regulatory system and/or international trade
> agreements; knowledge of substantive and procedural issues and jurisdictions
> of international standardization activities. Commitment to public interest
> work.

> SALARY AND BENEFITS: $32,480 or slightly higher. Excellent benefits,
