Establish a new Public Citizen Harmonization > Clearinghouse by developing a system of organizing and cataloging > information; publish a monthly Harmonization Alert, write short education > materials and prepare briefing materials. > > QUALIFICATIONS: College degree required, J.D. preferred. Minimum of three > years experience as a researcher, investigative reporter or regulatory or > trade policy analyst. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; > knowledge of APA/domestic regulatory system and/or international trade > agreements; knowledge of substantive and procedural issues and jurisdictions > of international standardization activities.
