Dear Sally, Although I'm writing to you, I am addressing this to the whole group as I have recently posted some messages to it that people may have replied to or taken up in discussion and I have indeed received some individual replies to my queries, but I have been unable to access the mail from the list over the past two weeks for some technical reasons due to the university where I work changing the word-processing packages that it supports - doubtless due to the built-in strictures of Bill Gates! - so I find that I have just too many messages to copy down and read through at my leisure on my wp at home which runs on a different wp package. There seem to be more messages on the list about less things and not directly about the future of work. I would however like to remain in touch with the list though and I believe there is another list in which the discussion that takes place on the main list is summarised. I would like if possible to transfer to that list. I should be very grateful to you if you can arrange this. Otherwise I will have to sign off altogether. With thanks for your trouble.
