related to sustainable human settlement development;
2. Disseminating information to all groups of actors on innovative
trends, policies and practices in meeting the goals and objectives of
the Habitat Agenda;
3. Promoting the horizontal sharing and transfer of experience,
expertise and technology in support of the implementation of the
Habitat Agenda.
All submissions RECEIVED BY 30 April 1998 and meeting the criteria of
impact, partnerships and sustainability will be included in the
updated version of the Best Practices database. This database will be
released on the Internet (http:/www.bestpractices.org), on CD-ROM and

October 1998.
