Yesterday started the negotiations between the Confederation of
trade organizations of Norway (LO) and the employers' federation.
The main subject they are negotiating about is the right for every
worker/person working for wages to get paid education as part of
their job.
The most important difference among those two organizations is that
the Confederation of trade unions demands that the workers shall be
free to choose whatever education they will like, but the employers'
federation says that only training that is important to the company
is to be included in this arrangement.
Who shall own this arrangement is the big issue.

It will be very expensive, and it will therefore not be up and going
the first year I guess. But it is a part of the future!

I will keep you informed!
