AOBO Signs LOI to Expand Distribution Into Europe

HONG KONG, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Oriental Bioengineering Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AOBO) a leading Chinese nutraceutical company announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Jem Technical Support Services ("JTSS"), a health food distributor in the United Kingdom for product sales and distribution in the UK and Europe.

According to Mr. Tony Liu, CEO of American Oriental Bioengineering, "We believe that our health food and soybean protein peptide products are extremely competitive in terms of both product quality and pricing. The market potential for nutraceutical products in the United Kingdom market is tremendous and we feel this agreement will result in positive developments that will serve as a catalyst for the launch of AOBO's products into the European market.
