I like that word "Bush2". I can't put my finger on it, but
there was once a product that had a version, and a "2" version,
and the "2" version was a scaled-down model (was it the Mustang II?
Bush is a mustang, after all, isn't he?...).

O'Neil comes across as a "classy" person. That doesn't
make him either right or virtuous, but it does contrast with
what he has apparently figured out he sullied himself by
association with -- and not *only* Bush2-ipsissimus, either.

O'Neil presmuably felt he needed to take a bath when
one was offered. But you
can't fault him for having stuck it out and giving
his all. O'Neil didn't go AWOL like his
Commander in Chief: he was discharged. I don't
seem to detect a sneer in his mouth's corners like
in Cheney's, either - not to mention Rumsfield's
bemusement as the fate of our detainees at Gitmo....

Krugman is everything any capitalist could reasonably
wish for, but, like FDR before him, some are not
savvy enough about their own interests to realize
you have to give a little to keep a lot.
