Some Greens are re-thinking nuclear. See:

The article repeats some of the usual errors. For example:

 

“The release of radioactivity at Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania  and

the catastrophic explosion at Chernobyl in 1986 brought a halt to  any

thought of expanding nuclear technology in the United States.”

 

As I pointed out to Keith, Chernoble released 7 million curies.

 

Three-Mile emitted 15.

 

Kind of like apples and oranges – but at least some sense is laboriously creeping back.
