I think, on balance, and Earth God(dess) wouldn't be a bad thing, if
rationality and reason aren't enough for people except us "clearly
insane" genius level IQ types.

I've always winced - having been actively involved in the environmental
movement since the early 70s, for 20 years centrally involved and doing
things like Green Gatherings etc. though curtailed the last decade by
kids and dodgy health - at the religious conduct and feel of
celebrations a lot of greenies have done. Perhaps that has been a
mistaken perspective - perhaps that is what is in the gene expression of
the vast majority of people? That those who have no need or can't
conceive of "God" are exhibiting a genetic mutation?

Anyway, I'd be quite happy to see the present and past lot of sky pilots
strangled with the guts of the last (corporate) lawyers. Perhaps its
time for the Gaians to start building up databases of the major
earth-killers and commencing to do some Gaia-enhancing assasinations?
Depends how far down the corporate hierarchy one goes to get them though
- one can be assured the real chief honchos will be surrounded by layers
of security. But then if one culls out the next generation it might go
towards solving the problem a few decades from now.

As "they" have extensive databases on "us" and won't hesitate to
eliminate "us" by any means necessary, perhaps "we" should start
building up our intelligence of who "they" are - names, addresses,
habits and contacts...
