By "mutatis mutandis", in case I was not clear, I meant:
The Iraqis are fortunate that the US invaded them
because our military has good medical support to
treat the Iraqis that get hurt [passive voice of verb there,
to avoid suggesting the cause].  If, e.g., the Somalis
invaded Iraq, they probably would not be able to
provide such good treatment to the casualties....
