I just read an article on Aljazeera reporting a manifesto by

Salman Rushdie and others warning of a new Islamist

Totalitarianism:

The article in no way denigrates what it reports.

Now, I combine this with pictures of women in western ["suggestive"...]

clothes on Aljazeera, along with numerous articles I have read over

a couple years there, and I propose that the Bushie criticism

of Aljazeera as part of the enemy is absurd, unless anyone who

is not with U.S. is against U.S.  I find Aljazeera remarkably

fair journalism -- of course, I only read the English language

stuff; I hav eno idea what they broadcast in other languages.

And just when did the Taliban attack the United States?  Oops,

sorry, that is an unthinkable question, isn't it?

Gott mit uns!
