Especially when the "meal" fights back.
There was an old Zap comix cartoon I still like: This guy
goes into the greasy spoon hamburger place and orders
a hamburger. All the utensils -- knife, fork, spoon, salt shaker...
start chasing after him to try to kill him for his intended
crime against the poor innocent hamburger. The utensils
chase the guy all over town (or wherever). SUDDENLY!
The guy gets a bright idea (you know, the light-bulb above the head
kind):
He runs back in the greasy swpoon restaurant and --
orders another hamburger.
Now I never thought that was too realistic until just now when
I thought about Iran after Iraq. But even if Bush wasn't
in the White House, it would be a pretty good story, don't
you think?
