Memorable only now that I'm aware, Iraq has been negotiating with Israel
in secret over oil it sent there back in the fifties, and was never paid
for. Also, interestingly withheld, oil industry profits of OPEC and
Russia having been converted to Euros and yen, thereby possibly never
being included in the actual oil scam sums, forcing further devaluation
of the US dollar.
