I guess Sarkozy got the idea that happiness is more important than money
during his overly expensive holidays in America...

Pretty ironic idea in a country where workers WANT to work longer because
leisure time without having money is useless to them.

And the crowds who set fire in the banlieues will also be surprised to
learn that they would be happier with less money...

Sounds like just another PR stunt by Sarkozy.
