(Wired doesn't have the full text, but the basic statement is there.
You don't really expect Bronfman to PUBLISH a declaration of war,
do you?)

That was before 9/11, and the pretext back then was "MP3 piracy",
but in the meantime they realized that this isn't a popular topic, so
now the pretext is "terrorism".  The real motive remains the same --
suppressing the free flow of information and monopolizing information.
