Will Central Governments bailout or buy everything in trouble? No; their big bank buddies will do scavenger investing, buying the good stuff for pennies on the dollar. The taxpayers get the garbage. If the capitalist system was legit, no bailouts would ever occur. The crooks would go to jail; and poor management decisions would result in failure and unemployment for the chiefs. Don't bet on it.
