Manufacturing accounts for only 12% of the US economy [less than healthcare!] but one might think that information infrastructure is a very large part. Not so. Much is outsourced to Israeli companies. Even more pervasive is SERCO, a little-known British company that manages prisons and even parts of Homeland Security.

One reader states, No, "never heard of SERCO. I am aware, however, of the huge Israeli telecommunications companies that provide many services in the US: Amdocs, which provides billing and directory assistance for most American phone companies, Comverse Infosys, which installs and maintains telephone tapping equipment for US law enforcement, and Odigo, which provides services for the various "Instant Message" systems on your computer. All three companies are owned by Israel and have strong ties to the Israeli Defense Force.

Both Amdocs and Comverse Infosys were implicated in the sale of telephone data which compromised US investigations into drug running, and Comverse Infosys phone taps are suspected of being the means by which Bill Clinton's phone sex sessions were recorded, as appeared in the Ken Starr Report. Odigo, which had offices near the World Trade Towers, is the company which received a two hour advance warning of the attacks of 9-11.

...... it turns out that the majority of the firewalls on US corporate and government computer systems are provided by just one company, Checkpoint Systems, which like Amdocs, Comverse Infosys, and Odigo, is headquartered in Israel. <http://www.checkpoint.com/corporate/contact_israel.html#intl_hq>..... But SERCO??? Read on.

Below is a VDare blog entry about UK-based SERCO Group, "probably the biggest company you've never heard of." (I never had.)

It was founded in 1929 as a UK subsidiary of Radio Corporation of America (RCA), and initially provided services to the film industry.

There is an embedded YouTube video about the company on the VDare web page which is 3 mins. long. It appears to be a report from a mainstream Australian television news magazine program. You'll have to go to the VDare page to view it.

The reference in the video to SERCO CEO Christopher Hyman's "God" reference is misleading because it implies that he's white. Hyman, born into a Pentecostal Christian family in Durban, South Africa, is actually of Asian Indian descent. The narrator of the video does not tell viewers that, however.

*SERCO --- Global Governance For Prisons, Immigration, And Infrastructure*

When I watched a YouTube video called <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyFkXmx8gxc>"*SERCO --- the biggest company nobody has heard of" *I thought the company name was fictitious in order to make a good spoof. Upon further research I discovered that the scary but somewhat humorous ending was more truth than fiction regarding SERCO <http://www.serco.com/>'s <http://www.serco.com/>global influence. Upon further research I discovered that the video is very factual and probably not as alarmist as it should be. It appears that the British have tapped into a huge new business --- exporting prison services <http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/markets/article6605897.ece>, and running government agencies in countries over the entire world. The British owned company <http://www.serco.com/media/sea/index.asp>runs *all *seven of the immigration detention centers <http://www.serco.com/instituteresource/market/Justice/immigration/index.asp>in Australia and most of them in the UK. In Canada <http://www.serco.com/instituteresource/regions/americas/canada/index.asp> SERCO has a variety of government contracts --- they even control driver's licenses and collect parking meter fees. SERCO runs prisons all over the world <http://www.serco.com/instituteresource/subjects/vfm/prisons/index.asp>including in the U.S. Large segments of our immigration system are outsourced to SERCO as well as important pieces of national security. SERCO could be the closest thing we have to a one-world entity that runs governments. In the United States and Britain <http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=15007>, just about the entire governments of both countries have been outsourced to SERCO. You think I'm exaggerating, right? The following is a partial list of U.S. government agencies that outsource work to SERCO. The first part of the list is emphasized because they raise big red flags in regards to immigration. Read about their U.S. government contracts at the SERCO website here <http://www.serco-na.com/Documents/Homeland8page.pdf> and here <http://www.serco-na.com/Default.aspx?Area=Markets&Subarea=FederalCivilianGovernment&Page=FederalCivilianGovernment>:
