I think there was a piece about that in the Globe & Mail.
Reminds me of the 1960s (50s?) bumper stickers:
Kill a Commie for Christ.
The only person I've known who I would say lived his life in a
Christ-like way was Rev. Dick Gleason. I spent numerous Sundays and
some weekends with him in '60-61. He spent a lot of *his* time trying
to get some very tough young kids in a very hard neighborhood of
Chicago to *stop* beating, thrashing, cutting and occasionslly killing
each other.
