Sally. There is a Georgist version called "Citizen's Dividend' to add to your short list.
A Google will take you to Wikipedia and other places. While I know there have been attempts to study FW financing in the US, Ireland, Canada, Brazil and possibly elsewhere, let me recommend that you google "basic income" for complete and up-to-date coverage, as well as links to BI under other names (e.g. Citizen's Income, Basic Income Guarantee). You may be interested in an international BI conference scheduled for Montreal April 15-16 upcoming. Registration required, but free (google USBIG or BIEN Canada). There is much hot air flowing around about this, but I'm looking for "down-to-earth" sources of BI funding. It is trivial that oil-brimming countries like Norway could fund a BI from oil (and Norway is already close to a BI, although they don't call it by that name), but the question here is on "ANY given society", as Sally put it -- i.e. also those without natural resources. To anticipate the likely reply: Just "re-arranging taxes" won't change the principle that those who do the actual work have to foot the bill, while those who are undeservedly very rich remain that way. A just solution must be different!
