Glad you stepped in here as I was a bit tempted but involved in some
personal hedonistic stuff.   Since I believe we only go around once, I
figure I'd better indulge before the system craps out or I kick the bucket.
;-) Chris uses a normative filter to view reality. we all do to some extent.
But I (I think) try to slant my views on probability of future outcomes, not
on an idealized view of what I/we might prefer.

You have a view that we might be better off if hierarchy didn't control
land/real property. That may be true, but unlikely to obtain. Chris thinks
equality might be  somehow legislated. That is also unlikely; more so each
day as 220,000 net homo superstitious are added to the plague.

If you get east, please let me know. You can be our guest on the coast of
Maine.
