"the invisible hand of the market". Of course they can't admit that they are the perps, so they have to use this lame straw-man excuse. However, thanks to progress, more and more people are seeing thru this scheme. You can fool some people for some time, .... But inconsistently, when it comes to environmental destruction, they don't blame "the system", but they blame the people "who have too many children". In order to get rid of them. But why can't we "get rid" (not literally) of the much more destructive large Predators?
