BC's Premier Gordon Campbell is attending, two conferences in a row now.
Once the likes of this well-known sleazy politician made headlines last
time, science and education realized they wouldn't be rubbing shoulders
with anyone interesting. It could also account for the low
representation by women.
Tax payers are already asking that he account to the public for his
attendance.
This club was always about business. But really, when the Rockefellers
are no longer attending, it's likely that exclusivity has waned, and
media attention has turned its hype upon activities that the wealthiest
old families will not suffer. Another more exclusive club has no doubt
been forged, and we'll learn of it down the road.

Like the WEF at Davos, it's too large. Bilderberg is just another chat
club for the Great and the Good. Thankfully, it's unlikely that it
will do any harm.
