You are blaming the victims.
There is no lack of ideas (by Producers) to solve society's problems --
but the Predators in power do not want these ideas to get realized (funded!)
because they prefer to continue maximizing their own profits at the
expense of society.
Producers have solved the production problem, but Predators compensate that
by not solving the distribution problem ("solving" it for their own profit
maximization instead).
