Just to be clear... I have nothing against Switzerland, the Swiss, chocolate or banking although I do find yodelling rather more humourous than musical... And I'm particularly fond of high mountains.
I just have a singular revulsion against sanctimony, smugness and humourless self-satisfaction/self-congratulation... Which though likely universal seems to have a specific national characterization on this list.
